Mike Walsh

Our nature-loving, poorly-dressed, single father of Ted who owns and runs the inn. He and his wife always dreamt of owning an Inn and after she passed, he finally became determined to give up his day-job and stopped putting off tomorrow to make the dream come true. He’s a dreamer and very friendly and very tolerant of the group of looney cryptids that have made themselves entirely-too-at-home in his and Ted’s life.

Ted Walsh

Ted is a moody kid on the cusp of becoming a teenager. After his mom passed, he started to shut down and was really unhappy about moving to a new town to open an inn. However, then he met a bunch of loveable, goofy, mythical monsters and all that is starting to change. Now, if he could just stop them from stealing his bed…

Doug the Dogman

Doug is probably the goofiest troublemaker of the bunch and he and Ted seem to have a special bond above all the other crypties. Carefree, wiseguy, tricky, and loyal to a fault. Part of the “dog” part of being a “Dogman”, I suppose. Doug does seem to have an issue with chasing cars though. Watch your bumper around him.

Alan the Ahool

Alan is just a sweet bat/gorilla cryptid from Indonesia. He’s pretty much a giant teddy bear who could tear you limb from limb (he wouldn’t—but he could). He’s sweet and simple and loves to snuggle but forgets how big he is. He’s a great friend to have by your side.

Jessie the Jersey Devil

Jessie is our resident Jersey Devil whom everyone treats like a little sister. She’s a sweet little cryptid who everyone just loves but she’s also the consummate prankster. Don’t fall asleep around her! You might end up with a mustache overnight. Did you know? Jessie is also the granddaughter of the original Jersey Devil.

Bert the Bigfoot

Bert’s a gruff, hairy, straight-talking Bigfoot with a heart of gold. He’s the typical “tough guy” and a yeti of few words but he’s also very creative. Have you heard of “The Toilet Sink”? That was his. He loves to build but it also turns out, he’s an artist specializing in painting, sculpture, and so much more.

Wendall the Wendigo

Of all the crypties, Wendall is the most “prim and proper”. He doesn’t generally partake in the hijinks the others do but if there’s coffee involved, stay out of his way. Of course he’d never tried coffee until he started hanging with Mike and Ted but now they’ve really created a monster.
